Delighted to have left HP, very happy with Epson!
Delighted to have moved away from HP. Should have done it years ago. Epson is a wonderful product and a brand which respects its customers. Could not be happier with the product and user experience.

Verry happy all round
I was really pleased with the results, especially as it was well priced. It took me a while to set up (old age!) but once I figured it out I was fine. It is easy to use and produces good quality prints. I use a laptop so don't have my computer next to my printer, so wireless printing feature is especially useful as I am not very mobile. Very happy all round.

very poor printer
Had this product delivered last week, easy enough to power up and fit cartridges. After this it consistently failed to connect to my wifi, unable to resolve this, looks like I have to buy a cable to link to my laptop.
old guy, 55 - 64
Terrible.
Bought this to replace my previous Epson. Took 4 hours to install with help from epson helpline. Printed a test page ok. Next day would only send out blank sheets of paper both from copying and emails. A dud printer so took it back that day and Argos kindly took it back for a full refund!
