Not very comfortable
Now a few weeks in, both my lower back and wife’s hip and constantly aching from waking. Start to feel better towards the end of the day and then wake up next day in pain after a night on this. Shame, as my last sealy orthopaedic was brilliant on my back!

The Eldon Mattress doesn’t feature EdgeGuard technology. However, the Sealy Crosswall and Kingham mattresses, both exclusive to Argos, do feature the patented Sealy EdgeGuard technology.

The supplier has advised the following for the Sealy Eldon Ortho Firm Comfort Double Mattress:
"There is no fixed underside to this mattress but the spring unit is covered and the bottom of the mattress is a hard wearing, damask fabric.
This is not a problem that has been raised against Sealy mattresses in the past but one question I would ask is “what base is the mattress sitting on”.
If it’s a wooden slatted base, with flat rather than rounded slats or a divan base, all will be fine."
