Thanks for your query about the Hoover NDEH11RA2TCEXM80 11KG Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - White.
This is not likely to be suitable for use in a garage but it'd depend on the garage (i.e. as some are built and essentially function almost as another internal room or utility room, so it could be possible in some cases).
However, the user manual says to not install it in a low temperature room or a room where there is a risk of frost occurring. This is partly because it would increase the risk of moisture in the machine but also because, if the water is allowed to freeze in the "hydraulic circuit" (its valves, hoses, pumps), this could damage the appliance. It should be in a room that has an ambient temperature of between 5-35°C.
