Service team too rude
Delivery guys are too rude. They are not able to wait for five minutes. Text message alert clearly says they going to inform me an hour early. I was out for shopping. Got call they will be there in 5 minutes. Explain the situation but they simply threaten me not going to come back near time. Review is not about the product.

Damaged - returned but good service
I ordered this fridge freezer on the saturday and arranged delivery for the following wednesday. Price, delivery options and ease of ordering were really good. Unfortunately when we got it out of the box there were several large dents so it had to be returned. The fridge itself is good, neat looking and ample space if you are looking for a slimline fridge for 1 (2 at a stretch) people. I am only scoring low due to the condition of the item when received. I contacted Argos via live chat and they arranged for the item to be collected the following saturday. This service was excellent and i got my refund within a few days.
