It's a chemical-free solution that uses ultraviolet lamps to attract flies, wasps and mosquitoes. The high-voltage 1,700 volt grid dispatches insects from three sides effectively. You'll position it to suit your space using wall-mount, free-standing or suspended options. The included chain gives you flexibility for placement where you need it most.
The dual 10-watt UV lamps cover areas up to 110m without chemicals. You'll clean it easily using the removable collection tray that slides out. I bought this ahead of the summer hoping it will deal with the flies in my house when I leave doors open . Not used it yet but the unit is lightweight and jyst about the right size and not to intrusive. I am looking forward to finding out whether it is effective and for the price its worth a try.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Zero In Ultra Power UV Light Insect Killer: no this does not come with a remote. You would switch this off by the switch.

Our supplier says "The purpose of the bug zapper is to attract and kill nuisance flying insects such as midges and flies. I am able to confirm the grid cannot be removed; once the unit is plugged in and switched on, it will kill nuisance flying insects on contact."
