I bought these a week ago and was hoping for the same trousers as last year. I was so disappointed to find out that they have the same name, but are VERY different.
No pockets now, length is shorter (I got the regular and they come on/above the ankle, I’m 5ft 7), and the waist band is now elastic inside and not the comfy soft material waistband material. So it doesn’t feel as soft or comfy against the skin around the waist anymore.
The material is slightly thinner too but still thick enough, and slightly less stretchy so I’m hoping they won’t sag at the knees so much as the previous version…only time will tell.
I’ve decided to keep them as they are still smart-looking, were a good price in the sale and the shorter length actually works for wearing with my ankle boots.
I was looking for straight leg joggers and they are perfect, I am size 12 and petite - good fit a tiny bit too long but just turn waistband over and length is okay.
I love these trousers bought black and navy in size 12 although I kept them found they were a bit on the large size so ordered these size 10 they were perfect . Great that they make short length...They do sell out very quickly in short length
