These are my favourite support tights. They give a reasonable level of compression, fit well, and are quite durable. The fit is great, and they are quite ladder resistant. A nice natural colour if your legs are on show too.
I have been wearing this style of tights since being advised by doctor and these are definitely best value for money. Unfortunately it's not always possible to buy in store but usually available online which is great.

I found these Sainsburys tights fairly recently when my usual store discontinued the firm support tights I loved.
These are only medium support - but better than nothing- and they fit well. However, I urge Sainsburys to bring out their own
FIRM SUPPORT TIGHTS- I know they would be extremely popular as their is a big gap in the market for such an item.
