Villeroy & Boch 1748 Francois Wool Rug brings together the natural warmth of 100% pure wool with the authenticity of hand craftsmanship, creating a timeless and characterful piece. Its dense pile delivers a soft, supportive feel underfoot, while wool's natural insulating properties help maintain a cosy and comfortable atmosphere throughout the year. Subtle variations from the handmade construction give each rug a unique character of its own. Robust and easy to care for, it is finished with a cotton backing for a stable base and is suitable for all floor types, including underfloor heating. An ideal choice for bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchens. Certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, this rug has been tested for harmful substances and confirmed safe for human use. Please note: wool rugs may naturally shed due to the characteristics of real wool fibres; this is completely normal and will gradually reduce with regular vacuuming.
