The fuse is in the plug, to change the fuse you will need to turn the plug over and unscrew the single screw that holds the rear over on, this will allow access to the location of the fuse, this can then be removed.

As long as you don't overload the maximum constant power capacity of this MCT1010/4BL-AD (Our code for the reel), 10A (2,400W / 2.4kW) fully unwound or 3A (720W / 0.72kW) partially or fully coiled onto the drum, then the actual device(s) being used shouldn't make any difference.

As long as no water gets into the sockets there shouldn't be any problems to having the cable outside.
As for whether it will fit in a drybox, that would depend on the size of the box, the reel is 210mm diameter and 75mm deep (plus the depth of any plugs which will be used in it).
