Easy to use, they screw straight into most household lamps with an Edison fitting. These long life LEDS last for 25,000 hours, so they won't need replacing anytime soon.

We just bought two bedside lamps which were ES rather than BC so needed two new bulbs. These were excellent value and provide a very good light - a nice warm white which is just right for a bedroom. Not too bright but bright enough to read by.
