This measures 19.1cm/7.5in which is the average size for women's wrists. A man's bracelet is usually just over 8 inches. For a comfortable fit, the bracelet should be an inch larger than the wrist so if her wrist measures 6.5 inches this should be fine.

I can confirm this is possible however this would depend on the size of the ankle, average sizes are 10 to 11 inches and this bracelet is 7.5 inches in length.
