Great for hairy house
We have dog hair, daughters with long hair, mum's hair, and believe it or not, even dad has long hair so our vacuum gets put to the test every day! This model has been fantastic. The new head is designed to cut through tangled hair far more easily than my previous model, which I absolutely loved and used for years before it finally gave up. The improvement is really noticeable. The dust collection capacity is generous, meaning I don't have to empty it constantly, and I especially love the hygienic bin-emptying system. It allows you to dispose of the dust straight into the bin without ever having to touch it. A bonus for me is that I can still use the battery from my old model, so I always have a spare ready to swap over if needed. That said, the battery life on this vacuum is excellent and easily lasts long enough for my cleaning needs. Overall, a great upgrade and one I'm very happy with.

Light yet gives powerful suction
We love this appliance. It is easy to use and the suction is great. The battery pack releases easily and is charged in a few hours. The charge is good and long, easy to get all round the house done. Love how light it is to carry around. It’s versatility of removing the wand to hand held is especially helpful for stairs and upholstery. I still have a corded Shark vacuum but do prefer this one.

New hover
I bought this a month ago I already have the same hover but I’ve had it for a very long time and it isn’t anti hair wrap but I’ve no carpets down stairs so it’s still ok but upstairs I need a better one the first time I used it upstairs omg i had to empty it it picked so much dirt up I think I had it on full power all the time because it different settings to my old one but wow it made a massive difference so I’m very happy with it well worth getting

Brilliant hoover
The shark cordless hoover does not disappoint .i have a black cat and cream carpets but the powerful suction makes shirt work of that ! The battery lasts a full house clean and charges quickly .the tools are great for soft furnishing and also makes cleaning the car a breeze

Big mistake, huge.
I’ve used stick cordless vacuum cleaners for many years and thought this upright cordless cleaner would be just as easy to use, more powerful plus anti hair wrap. How wrong I was. Its SO heavy to push that I can rarely use it. The anti hair wrap is poor, it goes nowhere near edges and the pipe is too hard to pull out. Why did I not stick with stick?🤷🏼♀️

I'd like to say, as the owner of a small hotel that is regularly reviewed for exceptional cleanliness, that this is one of the most effective vacuum cleaners I have ever used . . . and there have been VERY many! It takes a while to learn how to drive this incredible little machine, but I've never cleaned with such ease. Especially love that you can lift away the little jet pack and carry it around with you, using the extension to access every awkward nook and cranny. Great edge- cleaning too. Powerful, with ingenious method of compacting the dirt for low-dust emptying. Remember to regularly clean the little, central, perforated suction cone-thing inside the dust collector. This monster will actually make you want to clean your house:-)

Dog hair causes E6 error too easily
Cloggs up really easy, I get 'E6' error every time I use it and have to take it apart once or twice to complete vacuuming my house. This is due to dog hair but my last shark hoover which was cheaper had no issues
