No, this pan is very poor quality. Even on a moderate heat, the base distorts and curves upwards,displacing the oil to the outer perimeter of the pan. Totally useless.

This Habitat 30cm Hard Anodised Aluminium Frying Pan is protected by a layer of oxide formed during the anodizing process. This strengthening process stops the metal from warping.
