Brilliant product
This dryer and volumiser is absolutely brilliant!! So easy to use and gives amazing results, literally feel like I have stepped out of the salon. I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair, never thought I could get my hair the same as when it's done at the hairdressers, well this product has changed that, salon quality hair at home, love it!!!!!

Easy Quick At-home Styling

I bought this just before christmas really good product - previously had the one in black which I felt the quality of that was better however this is a diffferent pop of colour This is the best blowout product for my hairtype I have found - works alot better than a dyson airwrap

Glad I bought it
Been two weeks, so far so good. Saving me a lot of time by not having to use my straighteners. I have fine but frizzy/curly hair so usually I would blow dry and then use straighteners to create some waves but it only looks good for one day and is oily/flat the next. Now, I mostly dry with a hairdryer and then use this, working smallish sections. It takes about 10/15mins. It gives body and a look similar to if you use heated rollers. Importantly, because I'm not using straighteners, my hair is not getting oily as quickly so the style looks good the next day too, and has more body. Minor cons, it's bigger and heavier than expected so arms get tired and not sure how good it would be for short hair due to the size of the barrel. It obviously gets very hot after a while (I use the highest setting, there's 2 warm and one cold) but I've not burned myself. It's noisy too. None of these things can be helped very much but just mentioning. I like how it has plastic bristles but also closer brush like bristles that really grip the hair taut. Interested to see how these hold up over time or will they warp with the heat. Over all, glad I got them. Having really frizzy hair, I didn't think it would become or stay sleek all day with just a blow dry but it does and somehow looks the same the next day too. Very quick and easy to refresh the style also. Takes some getting used to but easier than holding a brush and separate hairdryer. Love to all of you reading x

The High and Cool settings operate at the same maximum airflow speed, providing the powerful drying power you prefer. However, the Low setting uses a reduced airflow speed combined with gentle heat to allow for more controlled styling on finer hair or finishing touches.
If you prefer consistent high airflow regardless of the temperature, we recommend toggling between the High and Cool settings, as both utilize the motor's full velocity.

Hello Jeanette, whether the loose bristles are covered typically depends on the cause of the damage. If the green tips are coming off due to a manufacturing defect, this should be covered under your warranty with Argos. However, if the damage is considered normal wear and tear or was caused by accidental damage, it may not be eligible for a replacement.
We recommend taking the unit along with your proof of purchase to your local Argos store so a member of their team can inspect it and assist you further or directly contact their Customer Support.

Hi, Jules! The RVDR5222TUK One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser Teal performs best on long hair. However, we've received great feedback from people with shoulder-length hair and lobs as well. If your hair is on the shorter side, consider the RVDR5292 One-Step Booster Hot Air Styler or the Revlon One-Step Volumiser Plus (this last one is compatible with our new attachments). Alternatively, look up our new One-Step Blow Dry Multi Styler (RVDR5333).
