I bought this a few months ago and whilst it is efficient I find it quite heavy and it's run time isn't as good as I thought it would be. Hand held is useful for the stairs.

Light And Easy To Manoeuvre
I have had this vacuum for a few weeks. It is very light and easy to manoeuvre around the house. It is useful for light vacuuming and does require the second power mode for greater suction. I don’t use this as the main vacuum as I have a stronger shark model. The detachable hand held vacuum has very little suction which I am disappointed with. Tried it on the car boot and hardly lifted anything. Would recommend for a small property useless as a hand held vacuum.

Fantastic vacuum cleaner. I'm not good at putting things together. This was really easy. Easy and quick to empty and clean the filters. Love the removable brush and the groove to cut along so you can just lift off hairs. Someone who knows how to think designed this. Brilliant suction. It takes up no room, can be charged at any socket, stands up on its own, can be wheeled about by tipping the upright machine backwards. A couple of tools would make this cleaner even more perfect, but honestly, German engineering - bliss.

A bad experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dust caddy would not stay clicked into the frame of the vacuum and the only time it did long enough to try it out the vacuum jumped across the carpet in the backward pull.

The Bosch Serie 2 Readyy'y Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is suitable for small amounts of pet hair, but it is not ideal for high volumes, as pet hair can get stuck in the rotating brush.

The Bosch Serie 2 Readyy'y Cordless Vacuum Cleaner does not have a low suction setting. It features two power levels, but the user manual does not specify a low suction option. If you need lower suction power, you may need to adjust the power settings or use a higher power setting for stubborn dirt.

20 volts is not the power but the battery voltage. The power rating must be in Watts according to the input power when charging from the mains, or the onboard motor power output. Bosch has not stated those figures. Maybe a technician from Bosch can tell us?

This Bosch Serie 2 Readyy'y Cordless Vacuum Cleaner can be suitable for small amounts of pet hair however it would not be suitable for a large volume of pet hair as it is not made for this purpose. Pet hair may get stuck in the bristles of the rotating brush.

It's supposed yo move at an angle for corners and general direction forwards .
Yes that is the design of this product for easy storage. The bottom is not sticking out in itself can be a problem. Make sure the item is fully flush with flat surface (wall) for storage.

Its 2 years. You need to register it first. That can be done online through Bosch or easier by phoning 0344 892 8979. Dont press any of their numbers. Just keep quiet and they will put you through to a real person. The details you will need are underneath the hand held part of the cleaner so you will need to unclick it from the body to see the silver sticker which holds the details they want. Then you can get them to fix the problem you have.
