Very good monitor, works really well
Overall great product, does everything you need it to and works well and is very easy to set up. Love the fact that it doesn't work over WiFi like some of the more expensive models, so you dont need to worry about it not working if your WiFi goes down, plus it has the display screen so you don't need to use your phone to view either. One tiny niggle, the camera has a small light on the front that seems to have no way to switch off when it's powered on. Our little one kept looking at this and getting distracted, so ended up having to cover with blue tac. Easy fix so not a big deal, but slightly silly to design it that way.

Bought this a while ago for £25 and it does exactly what it says its not as fancy as other monitors but it does the job I can see everything and the microphone is so sensitive you hear everything I would definitely recommend it for the price, camera quality is decent not sure about the night light feature its not as bright as i thought

The parent using is mains charged but will require n off a battery. The baby end is mains only. A lot of people dont want cables in their babies or toddlers room so not ideal for them, especially if they are in a new build or rental where they are not allowed to attach anything to walls.

I can advise that this baby monitor runs off a rechargable battery, when it's low it will need to be plugged into the mains.

Yes the night-light can be switched off via the settings / menu options using the Parent Unit. Alternatively, press the night light button on the side of the baby unit to toggle it off.

From the information available, the camera isn't able to locate the parent unit through a bleep. If the unit is switched on, you would be able to speak through the camera and might be able to find the unit in that way.
