Crafted from 200 thread count sustainable, organic cotton, our premium warming mattress protectors have cloud-like softness so you can drift off cocooned in warmth. The natural fibres keep you toasty in the winter but cool in the summer. King size with 2 controls. Easy to fit with a deep 38cm elasticated skirt. 5 minute fast heat up, 6 temperature settings and auto shut off timer. Machine washable and tumble dryer safe; simply detach the digital control. I bought this to replace a previous Dreamland electric blanket which had served me well for over 12 years. This new blanket is as warm as the old one and takes only minutes to get to the required temperature. It is not the cheapest on the market but if it lasts as long as my old one it is value for money. Excellent mattress protector, lovely and warm, settings easy to use and allow for quick warm up or a gentle ticking over during very cold nights. Feels very luxurious, was not sure about spending that much on a blanket but no regrets now. Great to support organic cotton farmers too.

We have had this since October last year. Once we figured out the controls, it's been a great purchase, granted, expensive, but after penny-pinching in the past, pleased we pushed the budget on this one. It covers the whole mattress, but heats from just below the pillows to the bottom of the bed. Super fast at heating up too.

Yes, it is possible to use their heated mattress blankets on an adjustable bed, provided that you use two single units instead of one double unit.
For the bed to function correctly, each side of the mattress must be able to move independently.
Therefore, the bed should not be covered by a single, large mattress protector. Instead, each part of the set must be free to adjust without being restricted by the fabric.
By using two separate single units, each side will have the necessary freedom of movement to rise and lower as needed.

Only the edges of approximately 10–20 cm (for underblankets) are not heated.
It is possible for the user to perceive different temperatures in certain areas, as the warmth felt in the sections where the heated throw/blanket is in direct contact with the body is greater.

The supplier has confirmed that the dual control heated mattress protectors have 2 controllers, one for each side, which work independently from each other.
Each controller requires its own plug socket. The connection for each controller is at around shoulder level on each side.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Dreamland Electric Mattress Protector DualControl-King: This should not be used by an incontinent person unless a waterproof sheet is placed over it.
While the product features waterproof insulation, this protection only applies when the controller is disconnected and is intended solely for washing purposes.
For safety reasons, the sleeping environment must always remain completely dry to ensure the blanket operates properly and safely.
