Bought for my son as he out grew his other bed. We needed something with storage and this is perfect. Fairly easy to assemble. You do need quite a bit of room when youre putting it together as you need to turn the bed upside down to fit the fabric on the bottom. Looks good. Does the job, and reasonably priced.

Once the Home Lavendon Single Side Open Ottoman Bed Frame-Black is assembled and the mattress is in place, then the mechanism can be activated and the pistons will help lift the mechanism. There is no lifting strap supplied.
Use caution when operating - Always use two hands at arm’s length, and only where illustrated on the
product.

The measurement of 28.5cm refers to the size (height) of the side panel of the Home Lavendon Double Side Open Ottoman Bed Frame-Black. The actual storage height inside the bed is dictated by the frame dimensions and mattress height. Once these have been taken into account, the frame has support legs 20.5cm high fixed to a support frame which accounts for a further 3cms. Therefore the minimum storage height is 20.5cm (for larger items) and maximum storage height is 23.5cms (for smaller items) depending on what is being stored.
