I liked the look of this and as I can't go out I ordered it to be delivered. Firstly, it's quite lightweight and when you pull the door open, it moves about. You can hold it with one hand whilst opening the door though to overcome that happening. Also the timer knob - I can see the marks on it. They need to be black. I have put Tippex on it so I can use it correctly. It's a design fault. I'm not unhappy, I just think these things are a bit unnecessary if more thought had been put into it. It works ok.

I brought this a little while ago and have to say it’s just what I wanted. It has no clock which means it doesn’t have to be plugged in and on all the time , or reset after a power surge. I only use it to reheat food and it does the job very well. I have noticed some people find it hard to align the controls up , just use a black sharpie on the main control problem sorted. It also matches all my kettle and toaster

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the De'Longhi Argento Flora 800W Standard Microwave - Grey: This is a manual control microwave, with a control dial featuring 1 min increments up to 10min and then 5 min increments up to 30min.
You can select less than a minute, but you would be difficult to achieve the accuracy of 5 sec’s exactly with this type of control. A digital microwave would be more suited if the timer accuracy is important.
