Actually surprised at how good this is. 5 months on it still works. Fast mode is great fun particularly on a flat grassy area like a pitch. Sliding all over the place. Motors seem fairly strong.

Bought 2 of these for my sons for Christmas and they both love them. There nippy seem to be quite tough and ive yet to have a problem with them. We have only owned them 24 hours though.

Im really sorry the answer isnt clear on the website, after a bit of research ive found out that the motor wattage is 24V as shown in the manual the kart comes with.

You can upgraded it as far as you use 24v battery. I personally got li ion battery 24v 20AH installed and last for hours.

Hyper Drift Go Kart 24V Electric Ride On - Red seat doesn’t move and the pedal to the back of the seat is around 70cm. It is suitable for ages 8 and over with a max user weight of approx. 70kg.

Our 2 year old drives one of these, some hacks need to be made in terms of moving the seat forward - some ingenuity is needed for him to reach the pedals, and a full face helmet is a definite must have due to his head being at the same level as the steering wheel, but this is definitely perfectly fine for 5 year olds- as long as they are supervised then its a great go kart for all kids.
