Simple but effective
I've used this dinky little mixer several times now and it does exactly what it is intended to do. It has several, easy to adjust speeds, makes a lovely meringue, cake batter and whips cream. It isn't intended for anything much heavier but for its size and price it does a good job, it also fits into a small space, the cord stores neatly and the beaters attach and eject without any problem. The mixer stands on its end with no risk of falling over and the fully enclosed handle makes it less likely to slip from the hand. I notice some buyers don't like the design of the beaters themselves because they have a central pillar that might be hard to clean but I've found a brief soak and an old fashioned dishcloth do the job, the beaters are also dish washer safe.
