Love the neat design
I've tried it a few times and I like it. I had a problem when I was outdoors getting it to register and being able to see the readout but indoors it's fine. Compact and neat design. Not sure how accurate it is as I have nothing to compare it to.

The pulse rate is the number of contractions of the blood vessels as a result of the heart pumping blood in a minute, while the heart rate is the number of times a heart beats in a minute.
