I purchased this online which included delivery, fitting and recycling all of which I was happy with. The actual machine is easy to use and I like the idea of the digital timer. It is silent for the wash, the spin is a little louder but still OK. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Bad experience with Installation
Bought this machine which I'm happy with. At the same time I paid for installation and removal of old machine and that cost an additional £140. Delivery guys said they could not instal due to restrictions. They told me I NEED to take out my dishwasher then machine could be installed. My brother in law visited and installed it in 10 minutes. Despite being told I would be refunded my £140, I wasn't. They refunded me £50 instead.

The door on the Hotpoint BIWMHG71483 7KG 1400 Integrated Washing Machine is non reversible, once integrated the cupboard door is normally to open the same way as the machine.

The supplier has advised the following for the Hotpoint BIWMHG71483 7KG 1400 Integrated Washing Machine:
- The length of the cable plug lead: 1.2m in length
- The length of the waste return hose: 1.5m in length
- The size between the door hinge holes: “we are unable to advise on the distance between door hinges, as this could be measured in different ways.”
(From the information we have available from the drilling scheme though, the holes would be set 384mm apart, centre to centre. Previous answers, allowing for the variation in measurment methods, are given as 38.5cm - 39cms).
