A goodc mower for smaller lawns
I bought this model to replace a very old Flymo that had finally begun to fall apart. After quite a lot of research I kept coming back to this model as it was very similar to my old one but with a larger blade and a bit more power. In particular I wanted to be able to easily adjust the cutting height, a feature which my old Flymo did not have. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The mower was fairly easy to assemble although the product manual wasn’t much help. I found an excellent video on You Tube and followed that. Be warned - the grass box is particularly tricky (I knocked off a star for this) but I finally managed to assemble it!!I have now cut my medium size lawn twice and I’m very happy with the way the machine performs. It is definitely more robust than my old model and it copes with my uneven lawn very well. The handle at the front to adjust the blade height is simple to operate. The grass box is larger than my old model and I no longer have to empty this more than once. The mower is not excessively noisy ( in my opinion) and the roller gives it a bit more stability at the lawn edge. The machine can be stored in different ways. I loosen and fold the handles so this can be stored in a plastic garden box with a lift up lid. In all I am very happy with my purchase - although I was not so happy to find that the online price dropped by £20 the day after I ordered it!

Satisfied purchase.
Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Easy to assemble. Stores quite well on its end. Ideal for small/ medium sized law. Cuts well and impressed that no longer scalping the lawn edges,as with previous hover mower, due to rear roller. All round seems good buy and if it lasts as long as previous flymo hover I will be satisfied ( only time will tell).

The product details show the measurements of the lawnmower by Height Width and Depth in cm.
The response has been made by Length Width and Height in mm.

Are the measurements of the box the lawnmower is packed in correct?

The supplier has advised the following for the Flymo Easistore 340R 34cm Corded Rotary Lawnmower - 1400W:
"The two handles require assembly and also the lower handle to the body of the machine. The height of cut is changed via a lever on the wheel."
The box contains the following:
- Main body of the Flymo machine
- 2 x handles (one with switchbox fitted)
- Grassbox (not assembled)
- Grassbox tongue
- Grassbox handle
- Fixing kit (included are the fixings for the 2 handles and to attach the lower handle to the machine)
