Great machine for deaf people
Does the job well , light to handle ,only gripe is the noise . I’ve used vax 3 in1 for years sounds like a normal vacuum. This one is really loud . I have tinnitus and will need to buy ear protection before using again.

This is an effective lightweight cleaner. I have no problems. I wish brush bar removal for cleaning could be a little quicker than the five screws but it performs well. And the cleaning solution goes a long way. Don't be tempted to use too much

Ideal for my purposes (small flat)
The machine worked very well; previous resident had a dog; I vacuumed a few times but still picked up a lot of fur. Carpets dried very quickly & feel soft. I was disappointed that there was no fragrance in the cleaning fluid. Cleaning the dirty water reservoir is very difficult & sand particles are still trapped. Had to use my fingers & cloth to clear water. When I turned it over a piece of metal fell out, no idea where it goes; think it's part of the release mechanism. First time using, the fluid became too frothy so I halved the amount for next carpet.

Vax Compact Power Upright Carpet Cleaner:
You mix Approx. 40 ml of Vax solution per 1 litre of warm water (max 40°C). This has 1.8 litre clean water tank capacity. Based on this you would use approx. 70–75 ml of Vax solution, then fill the rest of the tank with warm water.
How much you use for a bedroom would depend on the size of your room. However, most bedrooms will need one full clean‑water tank, sometimes two if the carpet is heavily soiled or the room is large.
