The thick 3mm forged aluminium body circulates heat rapidly and evenly without hot spots, so your food cooks through without burning. The riveted steel handle gives you a comfortable, secure grip when you're moving the pan or serving up. It's oven safe up to 180C and works on every hob type including induction, gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and solid hotplates.
