Only the front is stainless steel the rest is painted including the interior. My last DeLonghi was stainless steel throughout. It slides around on the worktop like my other one did, had to put blue tack on the feet. Controls are unclear until you get used to it. It looks good though and does the job

Reliable microwave
Bought this microwave based on an identical one we've used for a few years (still working but showing cosmetic wear and tear). Good capacity, easy to use, stainless steel so performs well and consistently. Keeping the old one as spare.

Bought this microwave to replace my old delonghi.much smaller than old one. only had it for 10 day's on 2nd use to cook jacket potato it stopped heating up and goin round by its self had to return replaced with a morphy richards. Very disappointed wouldnt rate.

I can advise the following for the De'Longhi 800W Standard Microwave AM82 - Stainless Steel:
The turntable plate is 25.CM diameter, this does mean a standard dinner plate roughly 26 to 27cm will fit with some clearance. However, large, oversized or rectangle plates will not be able to rotate.

'The microwave features an Express mode. When the start button is pressed it will add 30 seconds to the timer and start to cook on full power, each additional press of the start button will increase the cooking time by 30 seconds.'
