This is the first time I've had these (band weights) and I'm still getting used to them and the resistance offered duing exercise. They seem to be good after 2 weeks of use. I have very slim wrists and these do not fit me. They just about fit my ankles. Would like slim sizes to be available.

I bought these 1kg weights to improve my lazy leg workouts. They are easy to put on and take off. I didn't find the 1kg weight to offer significant resistance, so I returned them and kept a heavier weight.

Very good quality, quite heavy. I bought these to help me after a hip replacement. I found them a little too heavy. So I bought somme half the weight so I can build up to the 1k.

Great weights
I got these to help build up my keg muscles as I have MS and am straggling to walk. They are heavier than you think (or maybe I'm a lot weaker than I was!) but they fit over my orthotic braces and I can lift my legs and hold them steady for the time I need to. hopefully they'll do the trick and keep me a bit more mobile for a bit longer..

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 1kg: They should be used in accordance with the instructions. As the water might loosen them or make them heavier.

No, they are not washable. It is recommended to spot rub surface only.

Our supplier has advised that the Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 1kg are made from SBR and iron sand and they are not washable.

The weights are not adjustable. I find 1 kg is heavy enough for me. Besides the weights slow down the speed at which I walk.
