Well-designed, premium machine
I bought this a month ago and I'm really pleased with this carpet cleaner. It was easy to use, picked up a surprising amount of dirt, and made the carpets look much fresher straight away. I also liked that it didn’t leave them soaking wet, so they dried quicker than I expected. It’s not exactly lightweight, but it feels sturdy and does the job well. Overall, a very good machine and definitely worth it if you want to freshen up carpets at home.

Great carpet cleaner, useful not only for carpets but also for chairs, sofas, and stairs. It is easy to clean and wash. The only downside is that, if you need to clean chairs or smaller furniture, it can be difficult to keep the spray on the target area without it going beyond the item, as the spray pattern is too wide.

If I could give a 1 star rating I really would. Terrible product. Doesn't fit together properly, hose doesn't connect fully and the water does not come out when attempting to use the hose - no matter what I try!. Shoddy. Doesn't suck up the water, leaves the carpet soaking wet. Is extremely heavy - especially when clean water is added. Cumbersome and unwieldy. I am going to ask to return and for a refund. Do not buy this product if you want to keep your sanity. I needed this carpet washer TODAY and it has let me down!!! so much so that I will never buy any VAX product in the future. Great purchase
I've been considering buying a carpet cleaner for some time and finally took the plunge and bought this one. So glad I did. It's so easy to use , really brought life back to my carpets and it's super easy to clean the machine when finished. The attachments and long hose are great for stairs and the spin scrub tool is ideal for harder to remove stains. When finished the carpets were slightly damp but were fully dry in a couple of hours.
