I have just used my new VAX on 3 rooms and my carpets have come up the best after having tried other cleaners.Fabulous machine .The drying out phase is so efficient especially with the hot air blasting in the process.Carpets dried very quickly.

Bought a few weeks ago and reasonably pleased with the cleaner. Maybe expecting too much, but thought carpet would come up like new. I would say it is OK, but not brilliant. Also, you have to take particular notice of the "wash" button lighting up when going forward, as if you push too slow, it doesn't light up and, presumably that means it is not washing the carpet?

Bought this as I have pets and a slightly clumsy partner! Overall the cleaner itself gave a good result but the spin scrub tool was brilliant on one particularly soiled area. It was easy to put together and to use and respite vacuuming before washing picked up a lot of pet hair. Worked well on stairs which I haven’t been able to clean previously.

Beats expectations which were high.
I gave this its first test and it did not disappoint. It removed old dirt marks with ease and left the carpet fluffed up, taking g it back to more like it was when new. After eating, pressi g the dry only button made easy work of lifting the water and it was bone dry to the touch within 10 minutes. I then went on to clean the door mats and so much dirt came out. It finally reached its limits as it was unable to pull out the old urine spots from when our mLe car was a kitten and used the mat to mark his territory. To be fair, it would be amazing if it had been able to clean that, but I really didnt expect it. So happy with how easy it is to clean after and save unused solution. Its also not quite as noisy as I had expected. Definitely a big thumbs up from me.
