It will depend on the size, weight and VESA dimensions of you Samsung TV. If your Samsung TV is 55in or smaller and weighs less than 25kg it will be fine. The VESA is the distance between the fixing holes on the back of your TV. If you measure the Horizontal Distance then the Vertical Distance this will give you the TVs VESA dimension. The AVF Standard Flat to Wall Up to 55 Inch TV Wall Bracket should not be fixed to plasterboard only. That mount is designed to be mounted a solid wall or fixed to wood studs. If you are planning to mount directly to the plasterboard we would recommend the AVF Flat To Wall Up To 80 Inch TV Wall Mount - Black (716/0390) which has been specifically designed to fit to any type of wall.
