Good for about 2 weeks
I bought this tray in early December 2022 and, for the first two weeks, it was a dream. However, after this honeymoon period, the tray has failed to perform. Non-stick is a joke as everything sticks to this tray and is virtually impossible to remove - even after soaking in warm water and soap. I've tried to use this tray with olive oil to reduce the likelihood of things sticking, but with no success. I have no choice but to bin this and buy another tray.

I have spoken to our supplier who has advised as follows.
The Pyrex Magic range is made from the material carbon steel.
The non-stick coating is Xynflon.
The coating is not toxic.

We would not recommend to use the Magic Pizza Pan on the BBQ as it has not been tested for use in this way. We only recommend use in the oven up to 230 °C

Yes, the overall diameter is 31.7cm which is equal to 12.48" and should accommodate most 12" pizza's

It is not recommended to use a metal pizza cutter to cut pizza on the tray, this could damage the non-stick coating. Removing the pizza from the tray and placing on a chopping board would be recommended if using a metal pizza cutter.

After speaking with our supplier, they have advised: 'The Pyrex ® Magic Pizza Pan is the perfect pan for making your own pizzas. The holes in the tray allows the oven heat to access the pizza base, making a perfect crispy pizza base!'
