The coffee machine works better than our previous nestle version

Some of the features not as good as the older mode
Overall the machine is OK and makes a good cup of coffee by unfortunately some of the features are not as good as the older model, namely the water container. The old model had a container that you fill fairly easily when it was in the machine and when taken out to fill it it would stand squarely on a flat surface. The new one doesn't fill easily when in the machine and when stood on a flat surface it tilts over at an angle.

Perfect choice
Bought this machine to replace just a pure coffee maker, this one is so simple to use with the barcode reader meaning you get a perfect cup every time , be it coffee or hat chocolate. It is really one touch and go what else would you want. Great range of drinks Coffee, Tea and even four choices of hot chocolate So it's easy to use, takes up very little work top space , great to look at. A real winner

Disappointing
This was a straight replacement for my previous trusty model which gave good service. Unfortunately, I'm having problems with it - lid sticking, failure to start, stopping mid flow. I am very disappointed.
