Good filter coffee machine
This is my second DeLonghi coffee maker. Sadly the old one developed a leak but being a good coffee maker I replaced it with the identical model. I'd have given it five stars but the new one didn't include the detachable filter which I consider essential. Luckily I have the filter from the old machine as paper filters are wasteful and quite expensive.

Nice machine, but!
Nice easy to use coffee machine but rather disappointed that it doesn’t stay warm longer than about 40 minutes. Always had machines that kept warm all day as long as there was coffee in the pot to keep warm.

simple to use
Very simple to use.put the filter in, put the coffee in. put water into the top and switch on. I found that I had to run water only through the machine 6 times to get rid of the taste of the plastic. The white filters provide let some of the coffee grounds through, so I bought some brown, non bleached, filters that worked much better.

I had one these de'longhi coffee machines years ago and I thought about the excellent coffee I used to enjoy and the quick and easy brewing process. I would buy one of these coffee machines every time. Excellent thankyou de'longhi

Not good.
No matter what I did it overfilled the filter and spilt all over the place. I changed the filters made sure it was clean and unblocked. I also changed the coffee as suggested to see if it had been too fine. But nothing worked. So it’s going back.

Just buy a plug-in mains timer for the machine, Argos and most hardware stores sell cheaply.

Hi I just took delivery of this hoping that it would stay on all day it does not.
It as a automatic turn off after 40 mins. I'm disapointed as you would be.
I have just bought this machine. It is the ".1" version. The packaging has an eco symbol on, and it says the hotplate switches off 40 minutes after coffee delivery finishes. I haven't tried it out yet.

The Coffee Machine has a keep warm function that will work until switched off, car must be taken to to let the post dry out .
