The Cathedral A4 Metal File Box keeps important paperwork organised and protected in one secure place. It's built for storing birth certificates, mortgage documents, insurance papers, and other vital files you need to keep safe. The powder-coated steel handles regular use and protects contents from everyday wear. A cam lock with two keys keeps documents secure, while the carry handle lets you move it between rooms or take it with you when needed.
Five suspended manila folders with tabs help separate different document types, so you can find what you need quickly. The box accommodates A4 paperwork without folding or creasing. It's stackable, so you can build vertical storage if you need more filing capacity. The black powder-coated finish wipes clean and resists scratches. Supplied with everything you need to start filing straight away, including folders, tabs and inserts.

A quality item spoilt by poor assembly....
Plus:- A good solid box with a real quality paint finish. Minus:- The lid lock was tricky to use as the lid itself didn't close properly. The right front corner of the box had been improperly flanged over, the metal tongue was not in its slot and the random spot weld position led to a bulge in the outer right wall. Returned for refund.

These files do not fit. The box is wider than these files the rails are 37.5cm wide and these are around 32cm wide. Any ideas?

Hello there,
I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
We recommend that the number of files to fit A4 metal box would be 20, this would give room for manoever to move the files around.
Of course you can fit up to 30 files but this would be a very tight fit.
