I purchased this item based on the reviews I had read . Unfortunately when I tried to charge the item it refused to charge. I was able to exchange it for another one ,which I could collect the next day as none where in stock, a slight inconvenience but these things happen. very pleased with the new one especially the long handle for extra reach.
