Great little spot cleaner
I bought this a few weeks ago after getting our puppy, it’s great for little accidents and the pet head catches anything dirty and smelly preventing it from going down the hose or into the machine. Great value for money and saved the sofa and carpets from a number of stains and smells from all sorts of messes.

Great for small spills
Bought this after when our dog was ill and vomiting all over the carpets. We already have a carpet cleaner, which is great for general cleaning but the hand tool is not very effective. Hence the Bissell. Much quicker to set up, use and clear away than the other cleaner. I particularly like that it can suck through clean water to clean the pipes and head out, after use. It also fits easily on the stairs if being used there. The power cord is a good length and so is the hose, so don't have to keep unplugging and moving to a new socket when cleaning multiple areas. The carpet is also reasonably dry after use. For me, the main downside is the noise. It is VERY noisy. Appliance noise doesn't usually bother me too much but this can be pretty unpleasant as the user's head is often in close proximity to the cleaner during use. I have taken to using ear plugs. The other drawback is the limited availability of the solution. Not a problem if you're organised but it seems you can't just go out to a shop and purchase so there may be a wait for delivery, As I say, not a problem if you're organised and get solution in BEFORE you need it. At first glance, the solution does seem very expensive compared to other brands but in use, a little goes a very long way. Overall, very impressed with the SpotClean Pet Pro and glad I bought it.

Yes noisy!
Seems to fo the job properly. Good size, not to difficult to move around. Worst bit is the awful instructions. Just pictures as this saves on using many languages but if ypu have never used this type of machine before the pictures are no help. Really disappointed the 1st use, using the 'instruction manual' I couldn't work it out. Watched helpful YouTube video. Thank you Mr coffee spiller for a practical demonstration. Otherwise it would have gone back as useless.
