This was answered by the staff member simply copying and pasting from the description that we can already read ourselves. But if you look at one of the photos it shows the 3040s even though that is not listed in the list of older compatible models. And if you go to the Braun web site it shows the 32b head as being the one for the 3040s. Buying one today!

Yes, the Braun Series 3 Replacement Foil Heads are compatible only with Series 3 ProSkin and as the Braun 3020 model is also ProSkin this should be compatible.
