Having checked the instructions, the safe is fitted to the floor/wall with Rawl Bolts, rather than screws. Being bolts, a spanner can be used to tighten rather than a screw driver.

We do not have spare keys for this A4 43cm Laptop Extra Wide Digital Safe so if you are unable to find either of your original keys you would need to find a locksmith to help you. We do not have a master pin to reset the safe.
