Basic Safe, Keypad Dysfunctional, Not Digital
The safe is nice and spacious, but the keypad does not work. I tried several new batteries and followed the instructions carefully, still nothing. Thankfully, it comes with backup keys. It also doesn’t sit flat on a surface; it wobbles and can be spun around when it’s not bolted down, which I’m not sure is intentional. Overall, it’s inexpensive compared to similar options, but the design and keypad issues are disappointing.

Having checked the instructions, the safe is fitted to the floor/wall with Rawl Bolts, rather than screws. Being bolts, a spanner can be used to tighten rather than a screw driver.

We do not have spare keys for this A4 43cm Laptop Extra Wide Digital Safe so if you are unable to find either of your original keys you would need to find a locksmith to help you. We do not have a master pin to reset the safe.
