Assembling flat pack furniture or fixing loose cupboard doors? The BLACKDECKER Screwdriver and Furniture Assembly Tool is a cordless screwdriver that handles both jobs with ease. It's powered by a 3.6V rechargeable battery that's included in the kit. The patented chuck accepts hex keys and standard screwdriver components so you'll switch between furniture fasteners and household screws without changing tools. You'll complete furniture assembly up to three times faster than manual methods. The integrated LED light illuminates dark corners and poorly lit workspaces as you go.
It's got a forward and reverse switch for driving and removing screws. The soft grip handle keeps things comfortable during extended assembly sessions. You'll get five screwdriver components covering common sizes including PH1, PH2, SL4, SL8 and PZ2. The kit includes a 4mm hex key and extension ring for versatile use. It charges via micro USB cable in up to three hours. The maximum torque of 5.5Nm tackles typical household and furniture fastening tasks. I purchased this black + Decker furniture assembly tool to assemble a corner wardrobe as I have Arthritis and find it difficult, but this tool was a godsend and the wardrobe was up in no time at all, would definitely recommend 100% wish I’d bought one years ago

I can advised the following on the Black + Decker Screwdriver and Furniture Assembly Tool 3.6V:
This will depend on many factors, including but not limited too, such as the temperature within the room, the torque that the head needs to spin against. The manufacturer doesn't give a given time frame of use but it is charged again within 3 hours depending on the power given to the drill when on charge.

The U in USB stands for Universal which means that as long as it has a USB port it can charge or provide power to the device its plugged into.
If its got a USB port you should be able to charge the driver, might take longer than a hone charger depending on the output

It can be used with any compatible USB plug. The manufacturer has made no reference to being able to charge it with a device such as a laptop so, on that basis, it's not likely to be so.
