This won't be suitable due to the form factor of the wheels and the softness of the sand, if empty you could pull it across but when you start adding weight you would increase the depth of the wheels.

I can advise the following for the 2 Wheel Folding Black Insulated Shopping Trolley:
The act of folding this is just pushing the carrier inwards to collaps it. It will only collaps to 16cm from the 30 cm that it is open. The frame is unable to be folded and you will need to turn up the internal support to allow the collapsing to happen.
