Compact, easy-to-set-up mobile WiFi device with good signal coverage and app control. Battery life varies; some find it short. Works well for streaming and multiple devices but connectivity can be inconsistent in remote areas.

Excellent Service
This product enables me to get WiFi in my new home where due to it being in a listed building I couldn’t have cables fitted. Highly recommend it to anyone in my situation.

Good coverage.
Very happy with this product. Used to use a phone as a mobile hotspot but it suffered from the thick granite walls. This lives in the window and provides good coverage to the whole flat. It was very easy to set up. Nice clear instructions. Very pocketable.

Internet connection
Not the best. To be honest, use it for a week or so. And then stop using it because it didn't work too well

Great
Great product and easy to set-up

Great 'unlocked' mobile option!
I bought this as an 'unlocked' option after already purchasing the EE portable WiFi device. This is great, and soooo much better than the EE one. The downloadable app is simple to use, and gives you control over connected devices and allows you to monitor your usage. Signal has not been a problem for me (living in a single-floor flat with 6 rooms). I'm not a gamer so don't know if it's good enough for that, but general usage of phones etc., plus working from home and watching TV apps on my TV such as Netfix and Disney+ etc. has been great with no issues. 👍

Great little gadget
I have had this great little gadget some time now. Its excellent. Goes everywhere with me .I swop out the sim card depending upon which country I'm in. Small compact and easy to use it is great for either stand alone or as a back up to the phone. Different devices on different networks and so far never been without a signal

No better than my phone’s hotspot, sadly
So far disappointing in terms of connectivity, bought this device to enable WiFi at my static caravan in a remote part of north Wales, had been running our iPads and Smart TV’s off our iPhone hotspots and so far it seems no better (and no worse) than our phone’s hotspot. Next time I’m at the caravan I will try positioning the device near windows and at different heights and angles, and see if that makes any difference. I may need a wireless antenna or a signal booster of some sort.

Hello There.
No, you won’t be able to connect it directly to your TV via USB.
The TP‑Link M7350 is a mobile Wi‑Fi hotspot, not a media device, so it doesn’t support USB connections to TVs.
It works by creating a Wi‑Fi network using a SIM card. This allows devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, and smart TVs to connect wirelessly. However, it can only provide internet access to devices that have Wi‑Fi capability.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Hi Andy,
Dedicated antennas optimized for cellular reception
The M7350 is specifically engineered with antennas designed to maximize 4G LTE signal reception. Smartphones balance many functions (calls, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.), so their cellular antennas are a compromise. A dedicated MiFi device can focus its hardware purely on cellular connectivity, which can result in better signal sensitivity in marginal coverage areas.
Your phone's battery is preserved
Running a hotspot on your phone drains its battery quickly. The M7350 handles all the cellular and Wi-Fi work independently, leaving your phone free for other uses.
Connect multiple devices simultaneously
The M7350 can share its connection with multiple devices at once (laptops, tablets, other phones), all without tying up your personal phone.
Dedicated processing
Because it's not multitasking like a smartphone, the M7350 can provide a more stable and consistent connection for connected devices.
Regarding signal strength specifically: while both devices use the same mobile network, the M7350's purpose-built antennas and hardware may pick up a slightly stronger or more stable signal compared to a smartphone in the same location. That said, if cellular coverage in your area is very poor, both devices will be affected — a MiFi won't create signal where none exists, but it can make better use of a weak signal.
Thanks for using Q&A.
