In this answer, should it actually read 29.5x39.5? As I dont think the frame is 4.5cm wide.

Our supplier says "Yes, you are right !
You need a poster/picture size cm 30x40, but the visible part is some millimetres smaller
around cm 25.5x35.5"

A poster, size A3 cm 29.7x42 is too big.
