Furthermore, cooking time is easy to add with 10 seconds, 1 minute, or 10 minutes just a touch away on its easily wipeable touch panel.
Genius Sensor automatically calculates and adjusts cooking time for best cooking results by detecting the humidity of the food – all at the touch of the Sensor Reheat button.
Unlike most standard microwaves, the spacious 32L interior and 340mm turntable allows you to easily prepare larger plates for family and friends.

A quality microwave oven
After 23 years 100% reliable service from my previous Panasonic microwave oven, it was time to change & where else would I look? No contest, it had to be another Panasonic & this particular one was my first choice. Although it has 1000w power, it can changed to 800w or even lower, a great option to have. I hate ovens with rotary controls as the settings are never accurate, so I’m pleased that this oven has straightforward push button controls to provide accurate times. Additional functions for defrosting & reheating are available & to make it easier they provide a useful one page card / guide plus information on the oven door aperture. The oven has a quality feel about it & is considerably lighter in weight than my previous one, handy for moving when cleaning. Maybe it’s all in my head but I’m convinced the food I’ve been heating in the new oven, tastes better.

Agreat new microwave oven.
Several Years ago we bought a Panasonic Genius Microwave when they first came out and it was so easy to use. When we had to replace it we couldn't get an identical Panasonic Genius Wicrowave and so had to settle with a lesser model. Our latest Panasonic has many of the features of the original Panosonic Wicrowave and so is easy to use now we are getting used to it.

Quality at an affordable price
Excellent microwave as expected from Panasonic. Our previous Panasonic microwave lasted over 19 years so we're hoping this one is just as well made. Only time will tell. It is very easy to set up and use. Aesthetically pleasing with a clear design. A powerful 1000 watt microwave adjustable to lower outputs cooks food quickly and efficiently. Very pleased.

Purchased to replace my over 20 year old previous Panasonic microwave which had just started to be somewhat unpredictable. New model showing every sign of being at least as good as its predecessor. New controls taking a little while to get used to but so far, so good. Delivery of new appliance spot on.

Good points: 1000w, large internal size, wide turntable Not-so-good points: * Level of finish not as good as Panasonics of old - had to file down some sharp edges. * Painted interior (not stainless steel) • Touch-screen buttons not nearly as easy to use - require careful finger placement and pressure * No longer have a “1 second” button, so can’t (for example) heat a cup of tea for 15 seconds
