Great little unit
I've had this a few days and it's been amazing so far. Different modes and intensity settings make it really useful for personalising according to your pain levels and which area you want to use it on. Batteries are lasting well, it came with two AAA's and they're still going after using it a few times every day so far. Also comes with a handy clip for attaching it to your clothes, which can be removed if you just want it in your pocket. The pads are also easy to clean, and come with a useful plastic pad holder. It does come with a storage bag which is handy, but I will be looking at getting a small box for it as I worry it will get damaged in my bag. It is small and discrete enough for me to use while I'm at work.

Great little compact unit
Great little compact unit. Does exactly what it says on the box, my sciatica calmed down in no time at all. If the rating was out of 10, I'd have given it 12!

Great tens machine
Great Tens machine- never used one before but someone suggested one for my lower back pain … opted for this one - Easy to set up and used ( total novice to these) Great sticky pads that can be used approach 150x before renewing/ great sticky pad holder and pouch to keep it all in. Lots of different intensity settings - already recommended to a family member it’s that good !

Pain free at last
Very pleased with my purchase. I was sceptical at first, but after a few days use, I am at the moment pain free after suffering months of back pain. I know it says that its not a cure, but it has certainly helped with my back pain. I haven't had to use it for a while now, but it is there for when I feel that I need it. The only couple of downsides are that the pads are extremely cold when first put on, and the snap connections easily come away. I fixed that by putting some tape over them to hold them in place. Would recommend it highly for anyone suffering endless pains and aches.

I can confirm there is six pre-set programmes for dedicated body zones for back, shoulders, arms, legs, feet or sole and joints. The pads would need to be moved depending on the programme being used.

'The pads used in the OMRON E3 TENS Pain Management device are made from polyethylene (PE) and acrylic gel. The electrode cords are composed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), while the main housing of the device is made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). The front panel and buttons are constructed from polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA).

"Do not use to treat one region for extended periods of time (more than 2 x 15 minutes a session, up to 3 times a day) or muscles in that region can become exhausted or sore."
