No charger, no further business!
It is an absolute disgrace that HP are no longer providing a charger with their laptops??? I am a purchaser for a service and we order thousands of laptops a month. HP will be losing a lot of business as the decision has been made to no longer purchase any of their products due to this charger nonsense! Ridiculous lack of customer service or common sense just to make a few extra quid! Shameful!

No power lead-ridiculous!
Really not happy-product has NO POWER lead included. I’d arranged for someone to set it up with the printer and was unable to do so without lead. I had to buy one online and still not sure if it will fit. The add should have made this clear.

No information that the cords aren’t with it.
There was no indication that the laptop does not come with anything to be linked to the electricity. Unfortunately I hadn’t looked at other comments, before I received the laptop.

Good product, shame there wasn't a power charger
Very easy to set up and install apps. Disappointed that a power charger wasn't included and that there wasn't an option to order one. Thank goodness for Amazon!
