Not Enough Straight Movement
I bought this as a gift from Santa to the kitties. It moves too much in circles and not enough straight movements to keep the cats interests. There are 3 in our house and none of them care much about it.

Not worth the money.
Has flashing lights, makes weird noises, is made of hard plastic, so is not at all mouse like. My cat looked at it with disdain and then ignored it.

Bought this for our cat's Christmas present. I love that it uses normal batteries. I think it needs a furry coat, less eye flashing and a diet. If it was half the size and furry I think our large cat would love it, but all he does is watch it with no interaction at all but he is a bit of a wuss when it comes to bigger things. The image with the kitten makes the rat look much smaller than it is, either that or the kitten is much bigger than the average kitten! All in all a bit disappointing.

Waste of money
Purchased at Argos. Put the batteries in, expecting it to move around the room, it did nothing! Just made a groaning sound and it’s eyes flashed. My kitten just ran away from it. Returned for a refund the next day. Don’t waste you time or money.

"Do not place the toy on any surface other than a flat, level floor".

Hello,
It requires three AAA batteries.
Once activated it rolls around in sideways motion and due to the size of the tail it moves in different directions when motor reverses.
My two cats are having great fun watching then chasing after it.
