It's Too big! You want a fitted sheet to stretch over the mattress; We have a king size mattress so we got a king size fitted sheet. It's still wrinkly when fitted.

Stinks on unwrapping, wash immediately and hope
Yet to put it on the bed for use although it looks generously sized, and material and finish seems good quality. Problem is that it stank when taken out of the packet so had to be washed straight away - so there goes the guarantee. Washing it has dealt with the horrible smell and also removed the plastic shine on it, now just has the subtle sheen expected of Egyptian cotton. Hopefully it will be cooler to sleep on, but no idea what habitat are doing to it during manufacture,

I went ahead and purchased on basis of sale page description which says... The elasticated corners make fitting quick and straightforward... BUT... is NOT JUST the corners which are elasticated, the sheet is elasticated ALL the way around making this sheet difficult to launder, iron and fold. That said, the colour cream is a beautiful shade of oyster and the cotton sateen is very good quality. Almost, but not quite, perfection.

This does not fit a mattress of 30cm high. We have a king size 30cm mattress and it doesnt even cover the sides let alone pull underneath the mattress.
