Smells weird, wash before use
Be warned, it smells really bad when you unpack it but it goes away when you wash it, so wash immediately before use. The elastic goes all the way round not just the corners making it s two person job to put on, or very frustrating.

I went ahead and purchased on basis of sale page description which says... The elasticated corners make fitting quick and straightforward... BUT... is NOT JUST the corners which are elasticated, the sheet is elasticated ALL the way around making this sheet difficult to launder, iron and fold. That said, the colour cream is a beautiful shade of oyster and the cotton sateen is very good quality. Almost, but not quite, perfection.

This does not fit a mattress of 30cm high. We have a king size 30cm mattress and it doesnt even cover the sides let alone pull underneath the mattress.
