Fantastic cleaning . Super easy set up

Absolutely love it , so easy to set up . Don’t understand the reviews stating it’s difficult. If you follow all the instructions , it’s easy . It tells you to move everything out the way for the mapping . Mines a big house and only took 20 minutes. Cleans really well . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Best money I’ve spent

We bought a new home with a large open plan living space downstairs and I couldn’t face the cleaning on top of all the other jobs having a young family. I spent weeks researching a robot hoover and mop because there are a lot of bad reviews out there. This has been one of the best divisions I have made. It goes on every day and hoovers and mops the whole of downstairs after my 3 year old has caused havoc with crumbs and spills. I sit down for dinner and put the shark vac and mop on and just relax at a time I would normally be getting out the sweeping brush and mop. We have had it 4 weeks and are loving it. If I want it to hoover upstairs I just take it up, open all the doors and press hoover and it has no problem hoovering upstairs too. I like the fact it comes with a 5 year warranty too.

A great little helper

I purchased the Shark Power Detect UV Reveal about 3 weeks ago. I found it extremely easy to set up and it got to work immediately, I found it to be quieter than I expected and it finished vacuuming and mopping my downstairs area in 45 minutes. I have now set a schedule for it to start at 11am daily where it vacuums 2 rugs, returns to base to empty itself then proceeds to begin vacuuming and mopping the hard floors. When finished, it cleans the mop pad and dries it ready for the next day. All in all I am happy with the appliance and will keep it - I would have given it 5 stars but it sometimes misses small areas of dirt which I have to clean myself.

Just love this. We can leave it all to this vacuum. My floors look amazing. Would highly recommend to everyone. With both of us working this saves us so much time. Brilliant.

Decent at sale price.

Bought in the sale at a decent price. Would I pay full price…….. no but on offer it’s fine. Having a dog and large amounts of tiled flooring we get lots of dirt and grit. This helps us keep on top of it and mops the floors two or three times a week. Set takes a few hours of patience whilst it learns your layout and it took two attempts to be about right. Since then it’s been plain sailing.

Second map needed

Good machine, poor app, come on Shark, make a better app, only lets you map downstairs, not everyone lives in a bungalow you know, you can use it upstairs but you have to let it just go off on its own, this is an expensive machine, most of your competitors allow 2 maps in this price bracket. A lot of people I know have asked me what I think of my new machine because they were thinking of getting one, this is the main reason I haven’t recommended it to anyone, simple thing to do, could increase your sales massively.

Great mopping but app needs improvement

Great little machine, but with a few tweaks needed. Before getting this robot vacuum and mop, I had the Dyson spot and scrub AI, which unfortunately was terrible at cleaning my wooden floors. After returning it, I did some research and the Shark model came up favourably. Overall, I can see that the build quality isn’t as robust as the Dyson, but I like that it’s more slimline and isn’t such an eye- sore. The machine is also quiet and the floor mopping is great. The vacuuming is not so good – it leaves the occasional bit of debris behind, but it’s great for day-to-day up-keep and I know I can come home from work and the house looks like it’s been given once over. My biggest gripe is the app - you can see where the robot it but not where it’s been in any detail (the Dyson app - which was still poor by the way - showed you in detail exactly where the robot had been so if it stopped midway, say if it got stuck, you could do a target clean). The Shark app function is minimal, but would be the easiest to rectify. Overall I’d give the machine 7/10 and the app a 4/10

Excellent!

I was sceptical about getting a robot, but it’s fantastic. Simple set up, maps well. Hoovers and mops overnight so the house is clean when we get up. Only wish the cleaning solution had an odour so it smelt like it had been cleaned.

Brilliant!!!

This robot is a gem, second Shark robot vacuum I’ve bought and both are brilliant. Easy to set up and it makes my life so much easier, we have an American Akita and when he blows his coat the hair is everywhere, my robots keep it all under control though. Just love these vacuums!!!!
