About this product
This eight wheel, medium-sized suitcase will help you glide effortlessly through a busy airport giving you less stress before your holiday. The hard shell is made to protect your belongings from the outside, then on the inside you have a zip mesh pocket and an internal divider to separate out important documents and items. An integrated TSA lock is perfect in case security needs to get into your case, plus it keeps your suitcase secure too.
With 360 degree spinner wheels you can glide through airports without tipping your case up. The unique design means you'll see it easily on an airport carousel. Being medium sized it's great for short and longer breaks too.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Featherstone Hard 8 Wheel Large Suitcase - Navy.
The suitcase comes with a TSA-approved 3-digit combination lock, preset to 000. It includes instructions on how to set your own code, but for the first unlock, simply align the dials to 000 and slide the release to open.

I tried to take back to Argos Dumbarton but they just kept advising me to take it to Featherstone shop. I tried to explain how this was Argos own brand suitcase and I was to bring it back to an Argos Store but they told me this was incorrect.
In the end I took my suitcase to the skip as getting nowhere was Argos who were most unhelpful. So much for a 5 year guarantee.
Exactly the same thing happened to me after 12 months. I took back to store and advised I couldnt find Featherstone store details anywhere online and if they told me where to return to I would ! Apparently, Featherstone is an Argos product, similar to how they own Cookworks. Take back to Argos and they will exchange for you...they just have for me !
